Requesting a Ride Change

In the event it is necessary to make a change in your child's after-school dismissal routine, parents/guardians must submit the change IN WRITING via the new Ride Change Button at the top of this page and on the homepage of the campus website. Changes must be made before 2pm each day.

With the exception of emergencies, the office will be closed to visitors from 2:30 to 3:10 p.m. each day. This will allow us to maintain a secure environment while we prepare for and implement our dismissal routines. Unless emergency circumstances exist, all visitors arriving on campus after 2:30 p.m. will be asked to return to their car or wait on the lawn until our busses have left campus. For example:

If your child has a medical or dental appointment requiring early release from school, you must make arrangements to sign him/her out of school prior to 2:30 p.m.
If you have misplaced or need an additional car tag, you will need to obtain the tag before 2:30 p.m. or after 3:10 p.m.

Your child will be dismissed via his/her normal routine UNLESS we receive written documentation from the parent/guardian. We understand that at times, it may be necessary for you to make changes to your child’s dismissal during the school day. For your child’s safety, parents/guardians must use the link above to report a ride change by 2:00 p.m. This advance notice is necessary due to the high volume of families we serve.
